Discover the crystal-clear waters around Mnemba Atoll on this exclusive full-day snorkeling adventure for small groups of 2 to 12 people. Your day includes two hours in private, less-visited areas that require special permission and are accessible only to our boat, allowing you to snorkel, relax on sandbanks, and enjoy marine life completely undisturbed — no other tourists are present during this time. The remaining four hours take place in other protected areas around Mnemba Island, all carefully managed to be marine-friendly and respectful of the ecosystem.

The tour starts with morning hotel pickup (if you have selected the transfer option). At 8:30 AM, the adventure begins as you set sail on a traditional handcrafted wooden dhow, offering an authentic and unique Zanzibar sailing experience. All snorkeling equipment is provided, so you can relax and fully enjoy the vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, and calm, crystal-clear waters.

During the day, you may encounter dolphins near the boat — an unforgettable opportunity to swim alongside them or simply observe from the dhow, depending on your preference. Snorkel at one of Zanzibar’s most stunning locations, Mnemba Atoll, where the waters are crystal-clear and home to colorful coral fish of every shade. Later, enjoy the ultimate tropical experience on a pristine sandbank, conditions permitting depending on tides, where you can swim, relax, and savor freshly cut local tropical fruit in the middle of the Indian Ocean — a perfect, authentic tropical moment.

Lunch is a delicious Swahili seafood BBQ, featuring grilled octopus, chicken, rice, chapati, and sambusek, served on board while you soak in the breathtaking ocean views. This tour offers the ideal combination of exploring Zanzibar’s incredible marine life and indulging in authentic Swahili cuisine, so you don’t have to search for the best local restaurants — the flavors come directly to you during your ocean adventure.
